This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent no.5/District Magistrate, Jhansi in considering the representation of the petitioner dated November 19, 2024. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.5/District Magistrate, Jhansi should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated November 19, 2024. 5. Accordingly, the respondent no.5/District Magistrate, Jhansi is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated November 19, 2024 within a period of six weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
