Petitioner, who has been transferred under the order dated 30.06.2024 and has joined at transferred place, wants consideration of his representation. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that his representation is liable to be considered in view of Circular Letter issued by ADG Establishment U.P. Lucknow dated 28th March, 2024. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection, in case, direction is issued for consideration of representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law by the competent authority in the matter. 5. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation and decide the same in accordance with law by means of a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
