The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 28.05.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.6, Ghaziabad in Complaint Case No.1537 of 2018, under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District Ghaziabad. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the present application to avail remedy as available under the law against the order dated 28.05.2024. 4.
