The present Criminal Miscellaneous Application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.) has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to stay the effect and operation of order dated 20.08.2025 passed by the learned 1st Additional District and Session Judge, Roorkee, Haridwar in Criminal Revision No.115 of 2025, “Jogendra Vs. State and Others” or to direct the Learned Revisional Court to expedite the hearing of the above Criminal Revision. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has confined his prayer to the effect that the Revisional Court may be directed to expedite the hearing of Criminal Revision No.115 of 2025 “Jogendra Vs. State and Others” pending 1 2025:UHC:7914 before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Roorkee, Haridwar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order dated 19.08.2025 was passed which was in accordance with the law. The Revisional Court on the next date i.e. 20.08.2025 stayed the effect and operation of the order dated 19.08.2025, and pendency of the revision would frustrate the case of the applicant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant, as such, submits that Revisional Court may be directed to decide the revision at the earliest. 5. In view of the above submission, the Revisional Court is directed to expedite the hearing of the matter and decide the revision within a period of six months, as per law. 6. Accordingly, present Criminal Misc. Application under Section 528 of the B.N.S.S. stands disposed of.
