GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following ORDER: The petitioner is the owner and possessor of land in LP No.357 in Sy.Nos.157-4, 157-5 to an extent of Ac.0-12 cents of Vindhyagiri Village, Tekkali Mandal, Srikakulam District. The respondents have mutated the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds. The name of the petitioner is reflecting in Adangals and 1B records. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the respondent authorities are laying road from Lakidasupuram to Mondrayavalasa Village and the petitioner’s lands were also inspected and identified for the said purpose. He also submits that the petitioner is not having any other property and if the said lands are acquired for the purpose of road widening, the petitioner will be put to hardship. 3. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 12.03.2025, submits that the respondents are not proposing to lay road in the petitioner’s schedule land and they are not interfering with the petitioner’s land admeasuring Ac.0-12 cents in LP No.357 in Sy.No.157-4, 5 of Vindhyagiri Village, Tekkali Mandal. 4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow due procedure contemplated under law, if at all they are intending to lay road in the petitioner’s land to an extent of Ac.0-12 cents in LP No.357 in Sy.Nos.157-4, 157-5 of Vindhyagiri Village, Tekkali Mandal, Srikakulam District. No order as to costs.
