Ram Naresh @ Maan Singh) arising out of case crime no.144 of 2021 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 2/3/4 of Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act, 1984, Police Station Bidhuna, District Auraiya pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Auraiya, expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present applicant is neither the informant nor the accused in this case. He has no locus standi to move the application u/s 483 Cr.P.C. for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case. 4. The present application u/s 483 Cr.P.C. is misconceived and hence dismissed.
