R SIVA SAI SWARUP The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring action of the 4th respondent in registering the FIR under Section 174 of Cr PC as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 4th respondent to register the FIR under sections 304 & 304 A of IPC against the respondents 5 and 6, and investigate the matter accordingly.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that no further orders are required in this matter as the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous. 3.
