Raghunandan Rao) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner contending that her husband had been detained by respondent No.5 on 10.03.2025 at 07:41 P.M., and that the detenu has not been produced before the Magistrate. 2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the alleged detenu had been summoned to the Police Station for questioning 2 in Crime No.97 of 2025 on the file of respondent No.6-Police Station and that the detenu was not arrested and is presently at liberty. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on the other hand would contend that the detenu was released from detention after the filing of the present writ petition. 4. In as much as both sides agreed that the alleged detenu is at liberty, nothing further would survive in the present writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ R.
