Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Meja, District-Prayagraj to decide the application dated 29.11.2023 for restoration, pending in Case no. 04260/2018 (Computerized Case No.T-201802030804260) (Krishnabali Versus Sheshmani & Others) before the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Meja, Division- Prayagraj." 3. From perusal of the writ petition and annexures annexed thereto, it appears that the aforementioned restoration application is pending since 2023 before respondent no.2 for adjudication. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Meja, District-Prayagraj to consider and decide the aforementioned restoration application in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
