Gyanti Devi), under Section 209 (J) U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending before him, expeditiously. 2. In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-Up-Ziladhikari Ballia, District Ballia to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
