This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 394, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Domchanch PS Case No. 147 of 2023 pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Koderma.
3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
4. Some unknown persons robbed the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is nothing against this petitioner save and except some confessional statement of the co-accused.
5. This is a case where some unknown persons have robbed the informant. The name of the petitioner transpired from the confessional statement of the co-accused. This is a case where it is necessary to conduct Test Identification Parade. Thus, it is case of custodial investigation.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.
