This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the objection/ reminder moved by the petitioner in relation to the house tax liability cast on the petitioner. 2. Submissions have been made that aggrieved of the demand raised, petitioner has filed objection, however, on the one hand, the objection remained pending, on the other hand the petitioner is being coerced into making payment of the house tax and, therefore, the respondent no. 3 may be directed to decide the objection filed by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is repeatedly being listed before the Court but despite the fact that copy of the petition was served on Mr. Abhineet Jaiswal, counsel for the respondents, he has not appeared in the matter and even today in the revised list also he is not available. 4. In the circumstances of the case, wherein an innocuous prayer has been made by the petitioner seeking disposal of the pending representation/ objection filed by the petitioner by respondent no. 3, we deem it appropriate and, therefore, dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent no. 3 to hear the petitioner and decide the pending objection within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order is placed by the petitioner with the respondent no. 3. 5. Petitioner would be free to file fresh detailed representations raising all the issues, as raised in the present petition, before the said authority.
