The petitioner, namely, Mofidul Islam, son of Osman Goni, resident of village- Chalakura Part-III, P.S.-Chunari, District-Goalpara has filed this application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking bail in Sapatgram Police Station Case No. 58/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 537/2024, in which he is in custody since 17.02.2025. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. B Islam, learned counsel is not pressing this bail application, to which Mr. B Sharma, learned APP, Assam has no objection. 4.
