In pursuance to the previous direction, today, corpus namely, Ajeet Kumar aged about 10 years is present in-person before this Court, who recorded his statement that there is hardly any illegal detention carried out by anyone and he is peacefully residing with his mother along with his sister. 3. On the basis of the statement recorded by the corpus, it is apparent that there is no illegal detention of corpus by respondent no. 4 and as such, the present petition stands dismissed.
