This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Case No. 3598 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No.74 of 2020 under Sections 323, 504 IPC, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate-4th, Allahabad expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the accused in the aforesaid case. It is also submitted that the applicant has to go abroad for his livelihood but the matter being only summon trial, is pending unnecessarily. The Court concerned is not taking proper interest to decide the same. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 5. In view of the above, the Court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted. 6. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
