Instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No.192/2024 registered at Police Station Mandana District Kota (Rural) for the offences under Section 8/15 of NDPS Act, 1985. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor pointed that petitioner has criminal antecedents of two cases. 3. Considering the gravity of offence and the fact that there are two criminal cases pending against the petitioner for similar nature of offence, counsel for petitioners does not press this bail application and states that petitioner is ready to surrender before the concerned Court. 4. In view of above, the bail application is dismissed as not press. 5. However, in case petitioner surrenders himself before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from today and moves [2025:RJ-JP:23675] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-3693/2025] a regular bail application which is to be filed before 12.00 PM of working day, the concerned Court may make an endeavor to decide the bail application expeditiously as early as possible, on the same day, if possible.
