After some arguments, the learned counsel for applicant fairly submits that there are inherent mistakes in this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., which cannot be cured by filing a supplementary affidavit or an amendment application. He, therefore, contends that present application be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh giving better particulars, details and proper relief. 4. Prayer made by the learned counsel for applicant is not opposed by the learned A.G.A. 5. Accordingly, present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid. 6. Certified copies of the documents appended along with this application shall be returned to the learned counsel for applicant after obtaining photo copies of the same to be kept on record.
