Mr. Rahul Adhikari, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Lalit Sharma and Mr. Manoj Kumar, Advocates for respondents/AIIMS, Rishikesh. 2. Petitioner participated in a selection for the post of Junior Warden in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh. Since petitioner’s candidature was rejected on the ground that her experience certificate is not as per norms, therefore she has approached this Court. 3. Learned counsel appearing for A.I.I.M.S., Rishikesh, however, submits that A.I.I.M.S. is notified under The Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. 4. Since petitioner has remedy under The Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, therefore, in view of Section 15 (1) of the Act, this Court refrains from entertaining the writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to approach Central Administrative Tribunal. (Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J.) 10.09.2025 Mahinder/
