Present petition has been preferred with a prayer to direct the learned Court of Additional Session Judge/FTC-II, Deoria/concerned court to decide/expedite the pending stay application 17.01.2024 in Criminal Revision which was registered as Criminal Misc. No. 49 of 2024 (Manish Tripathi Vs. State of U.P. and another), within stipulated period. 3. By bare perusal of the order sheet pertaining to aforesaid case, it is transpired that the matter has been posted over the next date in majority of the dates. No substantial order has been passed till date and the stay application is pending since 17.01.2024. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, learned Court of Additional Session Judge/FTC-II, Deoria/concerned court is hereby directed to expedite the stay application 17.01.2024 in Criminal Revision which was registered as Criminal Misc. No. 49 of 2024 (Manish Tripathi Vs. State of U.P. and another), preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and without extended any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties unless the same is unavoidable but after giving full opportunity of hearing to both sides. Both the parties are hereby directed to extend full cooperation to the concerned court for achieving the directions as made above. 5. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
