The present application has been led for condonation of delay in ling the present appeal. It has been averred in the application that the applicant had engaged M/s Kini Law Firm to challenge the arbitral award before the learned District Judge, Mandi. Thereafter, the engaged counsel opined to the applicant that an appeal shall be preferred against the impugned judgment dated 01.08.2024 and only then the applicant acquired the knowledge of the passing of the impugned judgment dated 01.08.2024, which was applied on 27.09.2024 and the same was delivered on 22.10.2024. In view of the averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an a0davit and in view of the submissions as made by learned counsel for the applicant, delay in ling the appeal is condoned. OMPST No. 57539 of 2025 Heard. Subject to deposit of entire awarded amount alongwith up-to-date interest by the applicant in the Registry of this Court within a period of eight weeks from today, operation and implementation of impugned judgment dated 01.08.2024, passed by the learned District Judge and also the arbitral award dated 08.02.2023 shall remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal.
