Narendar) Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. 2) Perused the order of the learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge has categorically held that the 1 2025:UHC:8518-DB petitioner / appellant has not even applied and, in that view, the learned Single Judge has been pleased to hold that the petitioner / appellant has no locus standi to maintain the petition. 3) The fact being that the appellant having not applied and he not being a competitor and having not been in the race for the selection, we find that the role of the appellant is more of an interloper. There is no dispute with regard to the fact that the private respondent, i.e., the 4th respondent is a practicing Advocate and is eligible to be appointed as Notary. 4) Accordingly, the appeal stands rejected. 5) Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. ________________ G.
