Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is presently serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) at GHS Khun, Tehsil Anni, District Kullu. His case is that on account of certain ailments being suffered by him and on account of his impending retirement, he has furnished a representation to respondent No.2 on 14.03.2025 (Annexure P-1), seeking his transfer from his present place of posting, which falls in the sub- cadre area. Yes. 2 representation has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
