This writ petition has been filed against the notice dated 13.08.2024 issued by the respondent no.2. 4. It is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that in place of approaching this Court, the petitioner should submit a reply to the aforesaid notice. 5. In this view of the matter, prima facie this Court is of the opinion that in place of approaching this Court the petitioner would submit a reply to the aforesaid show cause notice before the authority. 6. Since, nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
