Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. This application under section 482 B.N.S.S. has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.495 of 2024, under section 69, 351(3) of B.N.S., P.S. Nebua Naurangia, District Kushinagar. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the concerned court and apply for regular bail. 5.
