Anil Agrawal), arising out of Case Crime No.47 of 2023, under Section 498A, 323 IPC & Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Jhansi, on account of incurable technical defects with liberty to file afresh. 2.
