By the impugned order dated 16.11.2023, the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground has been declined on the footing that she refused to join as a Class-IV employee. The impugned order also records that the aforesaid refusal was recalled and it is evident that the petitioner is not facing financial destitution and does not require job on compassionate ground. No perversity in the said findings could be pointed out. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Sri Shyam Mani Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents is present.
