The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 143 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B) (a)/25(6)/26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Kanchan Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. It was submitted that two country made pistols were recovered from the house of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2024. It was further submitted that the offence alleged is triable by the Court of Judicial Magistrate and chargesheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
