The petitioner(s) have prayed for directions against the respondent(s) to appoint them on the post of Transport Multi purpose Assistants (Conductors) on the basis of written examination and interview conducted in the year 2003 and 2004 by the respondent- Corporation. The prayer has also been made for consequential relief. 3. The claim of the petitioner(s) has been contested by the respondents-Corporation. 4. The question as raised in the instant petition has already been adjudicated upon by a Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 11.03.2025 passed in CWP No. 3744 of 2019, titled as Jai Kumar and others vs. HRTC and others. 5. In view of the adjudication so made, this Court is bound by the same and for such reason no different orders can be passed in these petitions. 6. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed in the light of what has been held by the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 11.03.2025, passed in CWP No. 3744 of 2019, titled as Jai Kumar and others vs. HRTC and others. The reasons given in said 3 ( 2025:HHC:13248 ) judgment shall apply mutatis mutandis to the facts of the instant petition. Petitions are accordingly, disposed of.
