learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 4 and perused the record.
2. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite party to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite party feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved.
3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent no. 2/Sub Divisional Officer to execute its own judicial order dated 12.04.2024 passed in Case No. 2055 of 2024, under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 prescribed under para 460 (1) of U.P. Revenue Court Manual expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
4. It is argued that though the order passed by the respondent no. 2/Sub Divisional Officer has already become final but till date the same has not yet been complied.
5. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent no. 2 will comply with the order dated 12.04.2024 in its letter and spirit without any further delay.
6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is
disposed of directing the respondent no. 2/Sub Divisional Officer to comply with the order dated 12.04.2024 strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this
order unless there is no legal impediment.
