Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 5 and 6 to remove their encroachment over plot no. 560 (area 0.0640), Village Lathiya, Pargana Dehat Amanat, Tehsil Sadar, Varanasi. ii. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to decide the application of petitioners u/S 24 of the Land Revenue Code, 2006 within the stipulated period." 2. The first prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted by this Court. As far as second prayer is concerned as the application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration, the authority concerned is hereby directed to consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 3.
