Petitioner before this Court was retired from the post of ad hoc Principal on 31.03.2020. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that though prayers of this writ petition are not happily worded but the claim of petitioner is for pension in terms of Old Pension Scheme. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that a compliance affidavit is filed that petitioner is entitled for pension in terms of New Pension Scheme. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, Court is of the opinion that since papers have been forwarded to District Inspector of Schools, Mainpuri, therefore, he is under legal obligation that a proper communication be sent to Committee of Management, Sri Rajendra Singh Jila Panchayat Inter College, Newateda, District Mainpuri about its stand, i.e., whether petitioner is entitled for pension under New Pension Scheme or Old Pension Scheme. 6.
