The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order/show cause notice dated 12.07.2021 issued by respondent no. 2." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that show cause notice of the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent no.2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that show cause notice of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that show cause notice of the petitioner pending before respondent No.2 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
