There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last two consecutive dates of hearing, i.e., on 03.12.2025 and 01.07.2026. Today also when the matter was taken up, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 2. The challenge in this petition is to the possession notice dated 31.07.2023 issued by the respondent No. 1 under Section 13 (4) of SARFAESI Act for taking possession of land measuring 1 Marla, 1.6 Sarsai situated at Khasra No. 182 min., Khewat No. 67 min, Khata No. 400 min., situated at Ward No. 13, Bishnah, Jammu. 3. It is stated that the brother of the petitioner, Sh. Satish Kumar, had obtained the loan from respondent No. 2-Bank, regarding which the possession notice has been issued. 4. Mr. Anuj Sawhney, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 1 and 2 submits that respondent No. 4- Sh. Satish Kumar has S. No. 108 WP(C) No. 244/2025 liquidated the entire loan amount and a certificate in this regard has also been issued by him and the same is placed on record. 5.
