The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.23981 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
