Instructions obtained by learned Standing Counsel placed before the Court is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith accord the benefits of 1st, 2nd and 3rd ACP benefits to the petitioner and to pay the arrears to the petitioner along with interest @ 12%; (ii) Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to calculate the amount of pension leave encashment etc. payable to the petitioner after according the benefits of ACP, and to pay the same to the petitioner including GPF, forthwith along with 12% interest." 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection if the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2024 annexed as Annexure-100 to the writ petition is directed to be decided in accordance with law. However, service thereof has not been brought on record. 5. In the given facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2 within a period of four weeks from today. In the event, any such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter. 6. It is further provided that whatever the amount has already stood admitted to be due to be paid to the petitioner shall be paid forthwith within a period of six weeks, and further claim, if any, regarding any certain benefits under the Assured Career Progression scheme shall be considered and disposed of by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a maximum period of two months. 7.
