Case No. 269/2025, wherein he was arrested on 20.03.2025 and is in custody since then. On instruction of the petitioner, Ms. Gogoi, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application to which Mr. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection.
