This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the Case No.12688 of 2019, arising out of Case Crime No. 258 of 2019, Under Sections 420,467,468, 471,120B I.P.C Police Station Phase-2, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is informant and lodged F.I.R. against the opposite party no. 2. After framing of charge, P.W. 1 has been examined in the year, 2023, thereafter prosecution has not produced any evidence nor produced any witness for examination. He next submits that on perusal of order sheet, it appears that accused persons are not supporting the prosecution case and trying to delay the trial proceedings. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
