The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants-Pradeep Kumar Pandey @ Pintu, Shiv Kumar Pandey, Durgawati Devi, Preeti and Meera with the prayer to allow this application and set aside the further proceeding arising out of Crime No. 20 of 2020 in Criminal Case No. 9570 of 2023 (State Vs. Pradeep Kumar Pandey @ Pintu and others) under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kasya, District Kushi Nagar and also set aside the summoning order dated 30.11.2023 passed in said case and further with the prayer to stay the further proceedings of aforesaid case. 3. Even previously on 10.2.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the applicants and following order was passed by this Court:- "1. List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicants to press this application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. Sri Ram Prakash Shukla, learned counsel for the State is present. Sri Raghvendra Sharan Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party no.4 is also not present even when the matter has been taken up in the revised list. 2. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant (s), in the interest of justice, as a last opportunity, the matter is adjourned for today. 3. Let the matter be listed on 05.03.2025. 4. It is made clear that the matter will not be adjourned on the next date as a matter of right." 4.
