The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was allowed to go on interim bail, by this Court, by order dated 21.04.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner, namely, Md. Samsuddin Ahmed @Samsuddin has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in this case, charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 69/2025 dated 24.04.2025. 4. In view of the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, as well as, considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 21.04.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the condition he shall co-operate in the trial.
