Petitioner is aggrieved by the stand taken by the respondent in rejecting the slip dated 02.11.2024 for review of physical standard test. 3. Shri Akhilesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing for respondent states that since petitioner was required to file appeal on the same day when he was declared unfit in the physical standard test, his appeal could have been considered. 4. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner's claim has been rejected for not preferring appeal on the same day when he was declared unfit in first physical standard test, it is hereby provided that petitioner shall be given one more review by way of physical standard test. 5. Appropriate orders for giving scheduled time for holding physical standard test shall be passed by the respondents within a period of two weeks from the production of certified copy of this order. 6.
