Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:11882-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 40580 of 2024 Petitioner :- Vidya Devi Respondent :- State Of Up And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Anil Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Krishna Kant Singh Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Petitioner's claim for payment of admitted dues on account of alleged construction of road is already engaging the attention of second respondent. In such circumstances no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of with a direction upon second respondent to examine the petitioner's claim for payment of admitted dues and to proceed further within a period of two months, from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. It is, however, made clear that we have not adjudicated the petitioner's claim and all such factual issues are left open for examination, in terms of the contract and in accordance with law, before the concerned respondent.
