The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "A- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to respondent no.2 to provide the detail of Bank account to the petitioner after adjusting earlier deposited loan amount within a very stipulated time as per fixed by this Hon'ble court so that petitioner may discharge his liability if any. B- Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to respondent no.2 to decide the application made by petitioner dated 20.09.2024 within a very specific time as per fixed by this Hon'ble court meantime may also be mandated to respondent no.2 not to initiate any recovery proceeding against the petitioner until and unless detail of bank account statement is provided to the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for respondent-Bank has provided the statement of account to learned counsel for petitioner today in Court. 4. Since the copy of statement of account has been provided to learned counsel for petitioner, at this stage, the cause of action does not survive. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition consigned to record.
