The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and his family members apprehending attack from the persons who have been arrayed as accused based on the complaint given by the petitioner in crime No.253 of 2024. Hence, the present petition is filed seeking police protection. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents admitted that there is a case pending in Spl.S.C.No.86 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, based on the complaint given by the petitioner. 4.
