This application has been filed on behalf of the applicant/claimant No.3 Manjit Singh for discharge of the guardian on the ground that the applicant has attained majority. Copy of the birth certificate of applicant Manjit Singh has been placed on record, according to which, his date of birth is 6.12.2001. Thus, applicant Manjit Singh having attained majority, is entitled to pursue his remedy in his own right. Accordingly, the guardian, who earlier representing the applicant is discharged and the applicant Manjit Singh is permitted to pursue his remedies in his own right. Application stands disposed of. CMP No. 23347 of 2025. This application has been filed by the appellant/applicant New India Assurance Co. Ltd. for refund of amount in terms of the judgment passed by this Court on 6th June, 2025 in FAO No. 362 of 2017.
