Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner intr-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-Additional Commissioner (Admin) Allahabad Mandal, Allahabad to decide the Appeal No. 00093 of 2018, Computer Case No. C201802000000093 (Rajendra Prasad Versus Ramsajivan and others) under Section 207 U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent(s) to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the respondent(s) feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 4. In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-Additional Commissioner (Admin) Allahabad Mandal, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
