Monibala, learned counsel, appeared for respondent No. 4. In terms of the earlier order passed by this Court, Mr. D. Julius Riamei, learned counsel, placed before this Court a letter dated 22.04.2025 from the Managing Director, Manipur Tribal Development Corporation Ltd., Lamphelpat. In the said letter, it is clearly stated that the authorities are presently processing for payment of contributory pension fund of the petitioner and that the payment may be completed with a time period of 4(four) months. Julius Riamei, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 & 2, submitted that the present writ petition can be disposed of by directing the authorities to expedite the process for payment of such contributory pension to the petitioner within a specific time frame. Mr. B.P. Sahu, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that as the petitioner has been suffering without getting the entitled amount of contributory pension, the payment of such contributory pension be made within a short period. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of with the following directions:- (i) The respondent Nos. 1 & 2 are hereby directed to complete the process and actual payment of contributory pension fund due payable to the present petitioner as early as possible. (ii) The whole process should be completed within a period of 3(three) months form the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
