The victim, vide her objections had made allegations that petitioners/accused are her immediate neighbors residing at Prem Nagar, District Doda and that they are exerting undue influence and pressure on complainant and her family, leading to continuous threats, harassment and intimidation. 2. On 20.05.2025, this Court directed SHO, Women Police Station, Doda to appear before the court and report whether the allegations levelled by the victim with regard to her harassment by the petitioners are factually correct after ascertaining the veracity of the said allegations. 3. Shri Pervaiz Ahmad, SHO, Women Police Station, Doda who is present in person through Virtual Mode, has submitted that he has verified the authenticity of the allegations levelled by the complainant/victim with regard to her harassment by the petitioners and found that the same are absolutely baseless. He has further submitted that, in fact, the petitioners have shifted to Jammu and they are no longer residing at Prem Nagar, Doda, as such, there is no question of their exerting any undue influence upon the victim and her family members. 4. In view of what has been reported by the SHO, the interim order dated 14.01.2025, whereby bail has been granted to the petitioners subject to certain conditions, is made absolute and petitioners are admitted to absolute bail subject to the conditions contained in order dated 14.01.2025. 5.
