During hearing of the matter, learned Additional Advocate General placed on record copy of office instructions dated 21.02.2026 from Additional Secretary (PR), Government to H.P. conveying that judgment in question cannot be implemented in view of stay order passed against the same by the Hon’ble Apex Court on 16.01.2026 in Special Leave Petition (Civil), Diary 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2LPA No.237/2023 decided on 13.06.2024 2 No.70389/2025. Copy of the order passed by Hon’ble Apex Court had already been appended alongwith office instructions. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present proceedings be closed at this stage, however, liberty be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his grievance in accordance with law at an appropriate stage in case necessity so arises in future. 4.
