Along with the Affidavit of Service, delivery reports have been enclosed. Despite service of notice, the respondents have chosen not to enter appearance in this application. Hence, the respondents are set ex-parte by this Court. 2. The Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court in this application has repossessed the vehicle and has handed over the custody of the same to the applicant. A report has also been filed by the 1/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Arb. Appln. No.896 of 2024 Advocate Commissioner to that effect. The vehicle was seized at Chattisgarh. The Advocate Commissioner was paid an initial remuneration of Rs.30,000/-. 3. This Court after giving due consideration to the fact that the vehicle was repossessed at Chattisgarh, is inclined to award an additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner. Accordingly, this Court directs the applicant to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
