Pursuant to the order dated 24.2.2025, learned State counsel has filed personal affidavit of Senior Superintendent of Police, Mathura which is taken on record. From the perusal of of records, it transpires that the FIR has already been registered in the instant matter and the investigation is in progress. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this petition. However, the petitioners are free to move an application before the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. for monitoring of the investigation and recovery of the corpus.
